What should I do if my product is damaged?
We recommend that you inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage—whether to the box or the contents—please make a note on your delivery receipt. If you cannot immediately check the package but suspect there might be damage, simply mark “suspect damage” on the receipt. Should your product arrive damaged, email us photos at support@thecornerstonelifestyle.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
