Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons (including changes of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.


Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.


Return Method & Labels

  • All returns must be shipped by mail.

  • For approved defective or damaged items, we will email you a prepaid return label. You can download, print, and attach it to your return package.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
