The cart features a 36 1/2-inch high countertop with a 33-inch prep area, complete with a removable poly cutting board and ice well with four removable condiment trays. The large prep area allows ample space for prepping multiple pizzas at once at the perfect countertop height. Additionally, a built-in condiment-insulated stainless steel deep ice well keeps toppings fresh on hot summer days.
